Job Duties

• Develop and implement the standing operating procedures for the cheese & related products manufacturing
• Ensure that the Shift staff and workforce are trained and adheres to the SOPs approved for the Production Floor
• Develop and implement a mechanism to ensure the recipe integrity and ensure to avoid any mix variance
• Develop and implement KPIs for the Production Floor
• Coordinate and managing all quality control, quality assurance, food safety and Research & Development activities across the organization
• Resolve complaints arising from clients against products quality and provide feedback with strong follow-ups and compliance and take corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence of non-conformance
• Exposure of manufacturing facility is must including inspection of quality standards Raw material, Process Monitoring and Finished Goods warehouse
• Responsible to guarantee Quality Inspection at every stage of the product manufacturing process / inline inspection as per product specification
• Strong grip on GMP & GLP
• Strong interpersonal skills & sound knowledge of MS office

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• 3 years experience in a HACCP-certified Dairy Industrial facility working with liquid milk, cream, cheeses, ice creams, powders and ingredients, yogurt, butter, sports drinks, baby formulas, and plant-based dairy alternatives products.
• Working knowledge, and undertaking HACCP, ISO 22000, 45001, etc.

COMPETENCIES

• MS Office package knowledge, Excellent Production and Packaging Skills, Food Safety Skills, Measurement skills, & and computer knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods.

You shall be responsible for:

1. Modifying current products and processes and developing new ones to enhance operational efficiency and improve product quality and standardization.
2. Research on food products and their preparation methods, including taste tests and sensory analysis
3. Selecting and testing raw materials and other ingredients from suppliers
4. Preparing production plans and dispatching the right quantities during supply
5. Monitoring production to ensure standardization and that hygiene is being maintained.
6. Dealing with any customer complaint investigations or product issues
7. Working with official food inspection and hygiene agencies
8. Working with production to develop solutions to production issues whilst maintaining food safety
9. Testing food products for safety and quality using chemical, microbiological, and physical tests
10. Analyzing food quality and safety issues such as bacterial contamination of food products and identifying potential risks of chemical exposure
11. Performing tasks such as food preparation, cleaning equipment, and operating machinery in a food processing facility
12. Any other tasks assigned by the management.

• Education: Bachelor in Food Science and Technology or similar , Diploma in Food Technology will be added the plus point.
• Experience: Min 2 years experience in FMCG industry preferably in Dairy products.

Test during interview:

Please note that the candidates which will be selected for interview the Lab tests of dairy products ( RM & BR) will be performed from them.

Other Benefits

Residence and 2 times meal shall be provided by factory.
