Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, food safety, or quality control, preferably within foodservice distribution
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP principles, and quality management systems
• Monitor and maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality requirements
• Conduct regular quality inspections, audits, and supplier evaluations
• Ensure proper handling, storage, transportation, and distribution of food products
• Monitor product quality, temperature controls, expiry dates, batch traceability, and storage conditions
• Investigate quality issues, non-conformities, customer complaints, and corrective actions
• Maintain accurate QA, food safety, inspection, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, suppliers, and operations teams
• Support food safety training, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
