Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily food production and operations to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Implement and maintain HACCP, GMP, GHP, hygiene, and sanitation programs.
- Conduct inspections, internal audits, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with municipality and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor receiving, storage, preparation, cooking, holding, and serving temperatures.
- Deliver food safety training and promote awareness among employees.
- Maintain food safety records, temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and reports.
- Work closely with Operations, Kitchen, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams.
- Monitor product quality, shelf life, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
🎓 Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Assurance, Hospitality, or a related field.
- HACCP Certification (Required).
- Food Safety Level 3 (or equivalent).
- ISO 22000 / Internal Auditor certification is a plus.
💼 Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in Food Safety or Quality Assurance within food service, catering, restaurants, or food manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with HACCP implementation and food safety audits.
- Good knowledge of local food safety regulations.
