• Inspect customer service areas Branches visit
• Monitor product quality & presentation
• Ensure SOP & hygiene compliance
• Conduct branch quality audits
• Report findings & follow up on actions
• Support team training on QA standards

• Inspect kitchen & production processes
• Monitor food safety & hygiene
• Ensure recipe & SOP compliance
• Conduct QA audits & temperature checks
• Report quality issues & corrective actions
• Maintain QA records & documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Hospitality, or related field
• Fresh graduates or 6 months experience in quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO 22000)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
