- Ensure SOP & hygiene compliance
- Conduct branch quality audits
- Report findings & follow up on actions
- Support team training on QA standards

- Inspect kitchen & production processes
- Monitor food safety & hygiene
- Ensure recipe & SOP compliance
- Conduct QA audits & temperature checks
- Report quality issues & corrective actions
- Maintain QA records & documentation
