Key Responsibilities:
- Microbiological monitoring of raw materials and finished products
- Environmental and food-contact surface sampling/swabbing
- Water and ice quality monitoring• Hygiene and sanitation verification
- Microbiological trend analysis and identification of recurring problem areas
- Support investigation and corrective actions for abnormal results
- Maintain sampling, testing and traceability records
- Coordinate with accredited external laboratories
- Support HACCP, ISO 22000 and customer food-safety requirements
- Work closely with the QA Manager to continuously strengthen plant hygiene standards
Candidate Profile:
- BS/MSc in Microbiology, Food Microbiology, Food Science or relevant discipline
- Experience in food manufacturing, poultry, meat or other high-risk food-processing environments preferred
- Strong understanding of food pathogens, environmental monitoring, sanitation verification and food-safety systems
- Fresh candidates with strong technical knowledge may also apply
