REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance / quality control in the poultry or food industry will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, GHP and HACCP.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP, GHP and HACCP.
- Conduct routine quality checks of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
- Maintain quality records and documentation accurately.
- Assist in internal audits and regulatory inspections.
- Investigate quality issues and support in corrective & preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure product quality and safety.
