Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Support implementation and maintenance of HACCP and prerequisiteprograms (PRPs).
- Participate in food safety risk assessments and hazard analyses.
- Verify CCPs, OPRPs, and monitoring records.
- Support traceability exercises, mock recalls, and product withdrawal activities.
Qualifications:
- MSs/ BS Food Science & Technology
- 4-5 years of experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, beverages, or process industries.
- Hands-on experience in quality management Tools and statistical process control.
- Strong working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & HACCP.
- Proficiency in SAP Quality Management modules is mandatory.
