KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and food safety standards.
• Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvements.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company policies.
• Prepare production reports and manage production documentation.
• Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• Graduate in Chemistry or Food Science.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the food industry.
• Good computer skills and strong management skills.
• Dedicated, committed, and willing to work as a permanent member of the organization.
