KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and food safety standards.
- Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvements.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company policies.
- Prepare production reports and manage production documentation.
- Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- Graduate in Chemistry or Food Science.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the food industry.
- Good computer skills and strong management skills.
- Dedicated, committed, and willing to work as a permanent member of the organization.
