Responsibilities:

  • Operations Oversight: Lead and direct total QA/QC activities across manufacturing units and production lines.
  • Quality Standards: Define and enforce physical, chemical, and sensory testing procedures for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • QMS & Compliance: Assist in documentation and ensure proper implementation for ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and HALAL standards.
  • Line & Lab Control: Oversee online production processes, process audits, and sophisticated lab equipment operations.
  • Supplier Quality: Evaluate raw material suppliers, perform quality audits, and ensure compli- ance with strict incoming material specifications.
  • Reporting & Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives (TQM/Lean) and present ERP-based quality reports to top management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • M.Sc. in Organic/Applied Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.
  • 8-10+ years of core QA/QC leadership experience in FMCG.
  • Lead Auditor (ISO 9001/ ISO 22000 / HACCP / HALAL) preferred.
  • Expertise in Food Safety Management Systems, Lab Operations, ERP Reporting, and Cross-Func- tional Coordination.
