Responsibility

• Oversee the Quality control of the production process.
• Ensure that products meet Quality standards.
• Train and supervise new chemists and helpers.
• Complete all required paperwork and reports.
• Simple and Finish Syrup Preparation Monitoring,
• To prepare the lines for startup and shutdown.
• To take care of flavor/package changeover and check the efficiency of coding throughout the shift.
• Check the market complaints and maintain complete sanitation and cleanness of the plants according to the defined program

Description

Responsibility

• Responsible for understanding the requirements of system w.r.t Raw and PaEking
• Material their Analysis and Release.
• Responsible for regularly monitoring Personal Hygiene and Housekeeping to avoid any hustle in surprise visits.
• Responsible for GMPs in Concentrate, RO, and Syrup Room and production lines sections and reporting any misconduct to Quality Manager,
• Responsible for 8low Lab tests, mixer handling, and online Bottle Parameters in respective shik.
• Warehouse stock monitoring and reporting any violation w.r.t. stock handling to the quality Manager.
• Responsible for CIP scheduling of lines, syrup room, microbiological procedures, and lab results.
• incoming raw material checking and finished product cross-verification.
• Supplier and Distributor food safety and GMP Audits.
