Responsibility
- Oversee the Quality control of the production process.
- Ensure that products meet Quality standards.
- Train and supervise new chemists and helpers.
- Complete all required paperwork and reports.
- Simple and Finish Syrup Preparation Monitoring,
- To prepare the lines for startup and shutdown.
- To take care of flavor/package changeover and check the efficiency of coding throughout the shift.
- Check the market complaints and maintain complete sanitation and cleanness of the plants according to the defined program
Requirements
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
