The candidate will analyze and monitor daily production targets and breakdowns to achieve the set production objectives for each workstation, monitor and ensure all the personnel adhere to work instructions and procedures for optimizing machine efficiencies, controlling waste, and determining and analyzing yield, Identify and analyze the machine breakdowns, with intimations to the technical team for corrective and preventive maintenance, oversee the line start-up and shutdown procedures to ensure the product is within specification, planning and organizing the shift employees to achieve daily production targets and maintain a positive, supportive, and appreciative attitude, have strong knowledge of FSMS compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Survey of competitor’s Products, Packaging, and Price Points to remain updated with local and export market trends.
• Conduct packaging lab & Line trials of new products to meet marketing/management requirements derived from consumer preferences.
• Vigilant analysis of existing product attributes to hunt for areas of improvement.
• Close coordination with the technical team for plant-related matters to arrange accurate accessories required for desired products.
• Conduct legal review of additives, ingredients, and labeling
• Develop BOM and assist the line Manager in the development of the Production version and routing for successful production and to control productivity, material utilization, and wastages during production.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of processes, products, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis for identified issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Foster a culture of quality awareness and adherence to quality standards across the organization.
• Maintain and update quality assurance documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality manuals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve quality concerns promptly.
