Key Responsibilities:
- Market Survey of competitor’s Products, Packaging, and Price Points to remain updated with local and export market trends.
- Conduct packaging lab & Line trials of new products to meet marketing/management requirements derived from consumer preferences.
- Vigilant analysis of existing product attributes to hunt for areas of improvement.
- Close coordination with the technical team for plant-related matters to arrange accurate accessories required for desired products.
- Conduct legal review of additives, ingredients, and labeling
- Develop BOM and assist the line Manager in the development of the Production version and routing for successful production and to control productivity, material utilization, and wastages during production.
