Job Responsibilities

• Performs daily quality checks as required to ensure all company, customer and regulatory specifications are met.
• Maintains documentation to meet safe quality food (SQF) and HACCP standards.
• Performs product quality checks which include laboratory analysis of in- process and finished product, packaging coding legibility, seal test, CCP verification and others.
• Monitors pre- op verification and operational sanitation compliance and record information / deviation as necessary.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed in detailed manner.
• Inspects incoming raw and packaging materials along with required documentation validated with the set acceptance criteria.
• Ensures safety rules are followed in the production line.
• Monitors stock level of factory hygiene consumables.
• Conducts daily food safety and area-wise hygiene check.
• Daily monitoring of temperature from temp- controlled storage areas.
• Weekly monitoring of pest activity within the factory

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry or similar
• With background or basic knowledge in Food safety, HACCP, Halal, basic laboratory analysis of food.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications
• HACCP certification(level3 & level 4), food safety certification
