The job holder is responsible for the delivery of high-quality product by monitor production for compliance with quality nd Food safety Management Systems, customer requirements and regulatory requirementsKnowledge Skills & Ability
- Knowledge of Frozen Food quality, safety, halal and BRC requirements
- SAP, and MS Office
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Systems
- Knowledge of Auditing Techniques.
- Excellent verbal, Written, Reading skills in English
