Responsibilities

• Assist in starting and managing production according to the daily production plan.
• Monitor flour water absorption & Batch temperature that it is within the range.
• Ensure cleaning of the mixing area, machines, pans, trolleys, and the respective production section.
• Ensure dough weight is according to the standard weight.
• Ensure dough is molded into the proper shape and panning is carried out accurately.
• Control dough waste on machines and in other production areas.
• Ensure proper baking of products in terms of color, shape, and volume.
• Ensure product quality parameters and food safety standards are maintained.
• Implement 6S standards in the workplace.
• Ensure per batch yield compliance.
