Responsibilities
- Assist in starting and managing production according to the daily production plan.
- Monitor flour water absorption & Batch temperature that it is within the range.
- Ensure cleaning of the mixing area, machines, pans, trolleys, and the respective production section.
- Ensure dough weight is according to the standard weight.
- Ensure dough is molded into the proper shape and panning is carried out accurately.
- Control dough waste on machines and in other production areas.
- Ensure proper baking of products in terms of color, shape, and volume.
- Ensure product quality parameters and food safety standards are maintained.
- Implement 6S standards in the workplace.
- Ensure per batch yield compliance.
