Key Responsibilities
- Effectively carry out in process, final and other process inspection and activities and develop analytical activities.
- Ensure data recording and integrity is maintained in inspection process.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO, FSSC 22000).
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the production process.
- Train and guide production and Quality inspectors’ staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs) & Protocols.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Ensure an effective corrective and preventive mechanism is implemented in operations.
- HACCP Plan improvements and initiate and implement process improvement.
- Basic knowledge of QMS & FSSC Ver 6 in compliance with Methods, Plan & Formats etc.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation related to FSSC 22000, HALAL, and DRAP and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct process line validation and line qualifications.
- Provide technical support during new product development from trial runs through to product packaging.
- Manage SAP system for the issuance of semi-finished and finish good.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements. FSSC 22000 Ver 6.0 knowledge
- IS0 9001 Knowledge
- Halal Certification Knowledge
- Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems.
