Job Responsibilities
- Plan production lines upon receiving targets, ensuring resource availability to achieve results.
- Optimize resources, minimizing wastage of machine setup time, man-hours, and materials.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in personnel, equipment, and plant areas.
- Safeguard all machines, equipment, and materials assigned to the line.
- Ensure strict compliance with FSSC & Halal Food Safety Management System.
- Maintain accurate records, including process control sheets, material usage, wastage, and inventory.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Expertise/Knowledge in SAP, to effectively reconcile shop floor operations will be considered an advantage.
