Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Hospitality, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance in QSR
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO 22000)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with audits and inspections
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report on quality performance metrics
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of quality checks and testing
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO 22000, and other relevant standards
- Communicate quality issues and updates to relevant stakeholders
