Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily dairy processing operations.
- Ensure smooth workflows on the production floor, minimize downtime, and maintain strict adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Actively engage in training programs focused on modern dairy/food processing technologies, food safety management systems, and operational excellence.
- Continuously upgrade skills to take on higher supervisory roles.
