Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage food safety policies and programs.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with national and international standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC).
- Investigate food safety incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
- Certification in HACCP, ISO 22000, or BRC (mandatory).
- 3-5 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance (preferably in food manufacturing).
- Strong auditing, problem-solving, and communication skills.
