Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, food safety, or quality control, preferably within foodservice distribution
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP principles, and quality management systems
- Monitor and maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality requirements
- Conduct regular quality inspections, audits, and supplier evaluations
- Ensure proper handling, storage, transportation, and distribution of food products
- Monitor product quality, temperature controls, expiry dates, batch traceability, and storage conditions
- Investigate quality issues, non-conformities, customer complaints, and corrective actions
- Maintain accurate QA, food safety, inspection, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, suppliers, and operations teams
- Support food safety training, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
