RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and improve the Quality & Food Safety Management System.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor quality performance, analyze data, and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain quality documentation and deliver staff training.
- Support supplier quality evaluation and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or master's degree in food science and technology /MSC chemistry relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong understanding of QMS, FSSC, regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, etc.).
- Experience with audits, CAPA, and risk management tools.
