Responsibilities
- To monitor all activities of quality Assurance in Food Division B ReLevant Stores
- To perform in-process tests and record them accordingly
- To verify the in-process checks and record them accordingly
- To ensure sanitation/disinfection/fumigation activities in concerned areas
- To verify Line clearances, where required
- To report/share daily observation(s) with department head
- To verify printing of batch particuLars
- To ensure data recording as per GMP g its verification for accuracy and traceability
- SAP data entry/resuLt recording in respective inspection tots
- To Liaison with the dispatch store for in time release of product
