RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and quality audits across branches.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, equipment maintenance, cold chain, and product handling standards.
- Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D on quality and product trials.
- Investigate quality issues and customer complaints; implement corrective actions.
- Train branch teams on food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in FoodScience & Technology.
- 3-4 years of QA/QCexperience in Food Service,Bakery, Retail, or QSR.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP,FSSC 22000, food safetyaudits, and cold chainmonitoring.
- Strong analytical,communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
