Steak Away Restaurant is seeking a passionate and skilled Food Technologist to join our team at our Head Office in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have expertise in food safety, quality control, and product development, particularly for meat processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize food products, focusing on quality, safety, and shelf life.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and culinary teams to innovate and improve recipes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (Masters Preferred).
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and product development.
