Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor critical control points (CCP) to guarantee the integrity of our processes.
  • Oversee and ensure food safety and quality at all stages of manufacturing.
  • Accurately record and maintain all necessary documentation and record logs.
  • Conduct tests on Dates and Date products to verify quality standards.
  • Enforce Food Safety and worker safety & hygiene practices among employees.
  • Ensure adherence to implemented programs such as GMPs, HACCP, and more.
  • Collect and manage product samples for various purposes, including Product Development and lab retains.
  • Perform online inspections of Raw Materials, Semi-Finished products, and Finished Products.
  • Verify compliance status of incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products.
  • Lead internal audits, report non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain and facilitate traceability procedures.
  • Promptly report incidents/accidents and non-conformities to the QC Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Microbiology (B.Sc).
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and practices.
  • Training in ISO: 22000:2018 or any GFSI approved schemes.
  • A minimum of 4 years of local experience in the manufacturing industry
