Requirements
- Master's degree preferably in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum 08-10 years demonstrated history of working in quality control or assurance role in the food industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead root cause analysis investigations.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with team such as production, R&D, and procurement.
