We are currently seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our Infant Nutrition facility. The successful candidate will lead the overall Quality Control function by ensuring that incoming materials, in-process products and finished goods are tested following the defined strategy within the agreed consumable, manpower and capital expenditure budget to provide management timely and accurate product quality information. He will drive the quality control strategy and continuous improvement activities by developing the testing and release strategy, overseeing the development and adaptation of the latest methods, techniques, or systems to provide timely, accurate and cost-effective quality information to management. He will oversee the products stability study, statical analysis and trending and support the R&D team. Candidates with Quality Control in Infant Nutrition or Pharmaceutical industry background in essential.Candidates must have:
- University / College Degree in Chemistry, Food/Dairy Science, Microbiology, or any related scientific discipline
- Have at least 7 years relevant experience in Quality Control laboratories within a multi-national infant nutrition, nutrition or pharmaceutical, with at least (3) years direct management of QC staff functions with proven results
- Demonstrated ability to develop and drive successful QC programs.
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting testing data, and complex problems to effectively make decisions to provide superior business results without jeopardizing safety and quality.
- Demonstrated ability to work with external stakeholders including suppliers, distributors, and third-party service providers.
- Good knowledge and experience in statistical techniques SQC and SPC.
- Good knowledge and experience in method development and validation.
- Good knowledge and experience in development, implementation and management of stability studies.
- To support product development team.
- Implement and maintained the ISO 17025 accreditation.
- Experience in Food safety related activities, HACCP, VACCP and TACCP
