Job Description
- Oversee production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and resource optimization.
- Plan daily, monthly, and annual sales demands, ensuring production targets and KPIs are achieved.
- Manage production posting and material consumption reconciliation in SAP, create purchase requisitions & service sheet and notifications (quality & maintenance).
- Drive improvements to reduce batch cycle times, enhance efficiency, and ensure quality compliance, including CCP, OPRP, and HCP verification.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC, and Halal standards in all production operations.
- Lead the production team, ensuring smooth operations and cross-departmental coordination.
- Analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
- Plan preventive maintenance and manage machinery breakdowns to minimize downtime/breakdowns.
Education & Experience Required:
- MSc/BSc (Food Tech / Chemistry /Chemical Engineering)
- 5-8 Years relevant experience in Food Industry/beverages, prefer to having knowledge of SAP PP
- Maximum 40 year age
- Lead Auditor in FSSC 22000
- Excellent people skills, high energy and positive cultural fit
