Job Responsibilities:
- Inspection Accuracy: 100% accuracy in inspecting incoming materials for compliance with specifications.
- Documentation Accuracy: Ensure all inspection records are accurate, complete, and submitted in real-time.
- Non-Conformance Reporting: Promptly report any supplier non-conformances (NC) and submit a detailed Supplier NC report to Assistant Technical Manager for review.
- Documentation of NC Actions: Maintain accurate records of all follow-up actions and resolutions, ensuring complete traceability.
- Storage Condition: Monitor material storage conditions to ensure proper handling and safety.
- Stock rotation: Oversee stock rotation to ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices are followed, preventing material expiry or degradation.
- Safety & Hygiene: Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols during inspections.
- Traceability: Maintain traceability of all materials inspected and ensure compliance with relevant standards Compliance: Adhere to FSSC 22000, HACCP, and food safety standards during inspections.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives.
Skills & Knowledge:
- QC Inspection skills,
- Knowledge in the incoming material quality tests, Testing methods
- Procedures, Hygiene & Food safety inspection skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field,
- Minimum HACCP Level-3 certification is a must and other food safety related trainings are desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
