The Main Purpose of the role
- Inbound, On-process and finished goods Inspection.
- Oversee all aspects of food safety and quality programs.
- Conducting microbiological analysis
The main areas of responsibility
- Ensuring regulatory compliance
- Monitoring and reporting on all activities, processes, and procedures.
- Developing internal auditing tools and conducting internal audits and reports.
- Determining data-driven solutions and implementing quality improvement plans.
- Performing regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality and food safety policy, procedures, good hygiene, and good manufacturing practices.
- Assist in the development of SOPs, processes, and specifications.
- Providing QA team with quality and food safety improvement planning and support.
- Conducting or assisting with regulatory requirements and training requirements for the team.
- Preparing and maintaining quality documentation and records.
